Safe Detroit Travel OFFERS LUXURY SUV’s & Sedans

By accessing or using our website (the “program”, “software” and/or “service”), you agree to the terms of this agreement. Please review the following carefully so that you understand the agreement. Your auto concierge shall comply with the policies, standards, and regulations of the Client, including local, State, and Federal laws and to the best of their abilities. If you have questions about this agreement, please contact us at info@SafeDetroitTravel.comi. If you do not agree & accept, without limitation or qualification, these terms, please exit the website.

HOW DO I BOOK your service?

  • You can book with Safe Detroit Travel (SDT) simply through

  • Our website: www.safedetroittravel.com

  • If you need assistance with app or website please call:  248-805-1027

  • Client pays a retainer of 50% upon booking.

  • Remaining balance will be charged once client accepts service with auto concierge and service commences.

 WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED DURING THE BOOKING?

  • Confidentiality is most important. SDT acknowledges and agrees that all financial and accounting records, lists of property owned by Client, including amounts paid, therefore, client and customer lists, and any other data and information related to the Client’s business is confidential (“Confidential Information”).

  • Any information you provide to us when booking is confidential & never shared with a third party. 

 

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

  • You may request to cancel your reservation, up to 24 business hours before the date and time of your reservation, for full refund. For weekend travel, cancellation must be received by end of business day (5pm) on Thursday of that week.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours will not receive a refund.

  • Refunds are completed by method of payment either cash or credit card.

  • We respect your time and the driver’s time as well.

 

HOW IS MY FARE CALCULATED?

  • Depends on that type of service you chose; transfer or by the hour, day. weekend or special event. 

 

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN FEES?

  • No hidden fees. 

  • Between hours of 23:00 and 04:59 is considered late/early pickup fees and extra charges will be added to the fare. That fare would be 20%.

 

IS GRATUITY INCLUDED OR NOT?

  • No

  • Each auto concierge has their bio available, they have QR codes listed for methods of tip payments if our customers want to provide a tip for service.

 

HOW MANY PASSENGERS, BAGS AND LUGGAGEs CAN EACH VEHICLE ACCOMMODATE?

  • In the SUV’s: 5 passengers with maximum 4 large bags and carry-ons.

  • All the large bags should be transported only in the trunk, no large bags or carry-ons are allowed inside the vehicles.

  • If your passenger/bag count exceeds the limits you will need to upgrade the vehicle type or you can reserve an additional vehicle.

  • Transportation safety regulations prohibit passengers and bags from riding in the front seat of the vehicle.

  • The driver has the right to refuse the ride if the passenger/bag count exceeds the limits of the vehicle, which will result in extra charges for you, so please book accordingly.

 

WHAT POLICY WE HAVE REGARDING WAITING TIME?

Time is of the Essence. Our drivers acknowledge that time is of the essence in regard to the performance of all Services.

Built in grace periods are included in the rate provided.

 

DO WE HAVE A SURGE IN PRICING?

  • 99% of the time, NO.

  • Only in a few occasions like special weather cond or holidays like New Year?s Eve, YES.

  • We need to stimulate the drivers to stay on the road so we can have available transportation for you.

 

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO WE ACCEPT?

  • We do accept all major credit cards and paypal. Bookings & payments must be done thru the website or by phone.

 

CAN I BOOK AND PAY FOR A RIDE FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

  • Yes you can by using the website,

  • You will need to enter passenger information in the ride details, including the best number to contact the passenger, also your info on the, Additional Contact” including your phone.

  • For payment method, you can enter/use your credit card information.

 

WILL I GET A RECEIPT FOR MY RIDE?

  • Immediately after the ride is complete you will receive a detailed email with the total amount charged. 

 

DO YOU PROVIDE MEET & GREET AT THE AIRPORT?

  • Yes, we provide curbside pickup at no additional cost or meet & greet.

  • You must chose the option when making the reservation and enter your flight info as well.

 

WILL YOU TRACK THE FLIGHT IN CASE IT IS EARLY OR LATE?

  • Yes, driver will track the flight. 

 

CAN I SMOKE IN THE VEHICLE? WHAT'S YOUR POLICY ON ALCOHOL AND DRUGS? What’s the safety policy?

  • No. Our vehicles are used as public transportation and it is forbidden to smoke inside and if you choose to smoke the fine is $250. 

  • Regarding alcohol and drugs, we have ZERO tolerance. Same applies to the driver or customer while in the vehicle. 

  • Our auto concierges are responsible for protecting riders and customers against any risk of damage while riding during a service agreement. They have full discretion of decision making when, where, to travel and can make choices if they feel any threat, harm or danger could occur.

Do I have any risk?

Client agrees to exercise due care and preservation of property of vendor. Clients shall remain responsible for all loss or damage of properties up to and including actual replacement value for each missing or damaged item at cost.

 

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties to its subject matter and supersedes all prior contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings of the Parties. No supplement, modification, or amendment of this Agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing by all Parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto agree to the above terms and have caused this Agreement to be executed in their names by their duly authorized officers.

 

DRIVER RESPONSIBILITY

Our Auto Concierge will travel within the Tri-County area for client travel requests. Outside of these counties must be pre-arranged at booking.

Our Drivers must have a minimum of 10 hour rest between drop off and pick up on Full Service Packages. (This is the package where client is booking driver/transportation for 2 – 4 days)
